CALENDAR / SCHEDULE
PRACTICE TIMES THROUGH THE SEASON
The season runs from September to June
Monday to Thursday starting at 4:00pm
Water training: Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:00pm - 6:15pm.
Land training: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00pm -:5:30pm.
Saturdays starting at 7:00am
Saturdays will end no later than 11am - Water outings and land training.
Water outings take place on the Channel Island Harbor. Details can be provided when you come to visit or join up.
Training is from September to end of May, early June, depending on race commitments, with possible summer camps and other events available depending on interest.
Competitions occur throughout the year, with the first races taking place in November. In order to be competitive we suggest joining us as early as possible in the season to prepare for the racing year. While we are happy for new members to join mid season, the chances of racing may be greatly reduced depending on your fitness and experience levels.

We encourage potential athletes to come and meet the team, join us while we coach a session, and see what this incredible sport entails first hand. Visiting us is a great way to meet fellow rowers and athletes who have already discovered their love for rowing, ask questions, and meet the coaches.
No experience is required, just a interest in finding out more, a love of being outside and wanting to drive yourself to be the best you can be. If you do this, you may find yourself wanting to join an extraordinary group of people who are already part of the ultimate team sport.
